I loved the convenient location. It made getting around so easy. my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, that was great. housekeeping visited every day, i found that really helpful. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
I had to wait a little longer than i expected.

the hotel offers three different restaurants, i thought that was pretty great. i had the breakfast buffet with a fantastic variety of foods. the staff are very attentive at la fontana, they really take care of you.

The rooftop pool had plenty of loungers and a shaded area, important. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I liked that. there's also a great lobby bar that serves some great cocktails.

During my business trip, the customer service stood out. Andrea and Areli were friendly, helpful, and professional. Nidia, Filemón, Enrique, Diana, Alfredo, Sofía, Diego, Carlos and Alanna also provided superior service. I found the staff's enthusiasm, and their team clearly made the hotel shine. The location was central and convenient for all my meetings.
The gym equipment showed signs of age, with some treadmills needing maintenance.
